Today we welcomed Briana "Hoops" Green
from the Harlem Globe Trotters. She amazed us with her
basketball skills but more importantly,
her reason for visiting our classroom.
Briana saw our story on Michael's adoption day and inquired
if she could meet the children who supported their classmate
with love and celebration. Briana has three younger, adopted
siblings and made a personal connection to our story.
Just look how Briana made us feel today.
