On Wednesday, May 24, we were all delighted
to sing happy birthday to seven new, baby chicks!
As we serenaded the seven to sleep
in their nursery,
three more hatched - yay!
On Friday, we all had a chance to hold all ten
and give them each a special name.
The weekend sunshine provided a chance to play outside.
Just look at all the thoughtful notes
and drawings on the side of their coop!
Looking forward to seeing the children on Tuesday
and learning how to jump and roost.
